Kids Kickboxing (Ages 5-9) – Thursdays, 4:30 pm to 5:15 pm
Fun, energetic, and designed to teach perseverance, confidence, and focus. Your little ones will leave smiling, a little sweaty, and a lot more self-assured.
Teens Kickboxing (Ages 10-16) – Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 5:20 pm to 6:20 pm
Safe, structured, and confidence-boosting classes for teenagers. They’ll learn self-defense, discipline, and social skills – all while staying active.
