Kids' kickboxing class promoting fitness and fun

Kickboxing Fundamentals

Learn kickboxing fundamentals to improve your speed, strength, and skills in a supportive & nurturing environment.

Drills & Advanced Padwork

Take your skills up a notch by working off a bag and partner. This class is designed for advanced sparring, defence, and offense and for fine-tuning your technique.

Heavy Bag Workout (All Levels)

Intense sessions combining cardio and combat to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle fat while eliminating fat & stress.

Boxing (All Levels)

Boxing classes for all levels. Focusing on technique, timing, movement, and striking.

Sparring Drills / Controlled Sparring

Hone your skills in boxing and kickboxing with sparring drills in a respectful setting. Controlled sparring available for advanced students only.

Strength & Conditioning

Functional training sessions that focus on core strength, muscle tone, and flexibility.

Kids & Teens Programs

Kids Kickboxing

Ages 5–9

Youth kickboxing training in a safe environment

Thursdays – 4:30 PM to 5:15 PM

Engaging & fun-filled classes for kids to foster perseverance, self-control, confidence, and a positive mental attitude.

Teens Kickboxing

Ages 10–16

Warm-up exercises before a training session

Mon, Tue & Thu – 5:20 PM to 6:20 PM

Safe and structured classes for teenagers to build self-defense, discipline, confidence, and improve social skills.
