Our classes blend martial arts with fitness training. Want to throw your first jab? Or maybe sharpen combinations with advanced padwork drills? Our kickboxing classes range from the fundamentals – perfect if you’re a beginner – to intense sparring and heavy-bag sessions that’ll leave you buzzing.
Same thing with boxing. Working on stance, footwork, and rhythm, we inculcate things beyond combat skills. We foster fitness, discipline, and yes – stress relief. Smashing pads work as therapy.
Each class is structured and conducted by certified trainers, inculcating inspiration, discipline, and an unyielding will to grow.
