What to Expect in the Class?
Understandably, kids initially show up a little nervous. But within minutes, they’re into it – warm-ups, stretches, drills that feel more like a game than a workout. We teach proper techniques – kicks, stance, footwork – but in a way that feels fun, safe, and structured. Some days it’s fast-paced. Other times, slow, focused, technical. There’s discipline, yet it never loses the playfulness it needs.

FAQs
1. What happens in the first class?
It’s really simple – the kids get shown around, they meet the coach, and we ease them with a warm-up and some fun basics. Nothing too heavy, just a chance to move, smile, and feel comfortable.
2. Is it safe for young kids?
Yes, safety comes first. Everything is supervised, contact is controlled, and the focus is on learning skills, not getting hurt.
3. How soon will I notice a difference?
For many parents, it’s quick – kids come home more focused, a little more confident, sometimes even sleeping better. The bigger changes build over a few weeks.
4. What ages do you take?
We’ve got classes for younger kids (5-9 years) and separate sessions for teens (10-16). That way, the coaching and drills feel right for their stage.
